Abstracts / Instructions to Contributors:

There will be a free discussion section during the symposium and the best six abstracts will be selected. The manuscript (max. 250 words) written in English should be sent to the address: janmaresh@seznam.cz no later than 15. 9. 2015. Please state “MS2015“ in the subject line.

15 minutes presentation session + 5 minutes discussion
CD, DVD, flash disk acceptable.

or you can fill the enclosed form and send it to the Conference Centre no later than September 15, 2015.

Please note, that the reservation at Hotel Alley is only preliminary and a deadline for reservation is September 15, 2015, if you contact hotel Alley, it is necessary to mention that you are a participant of the Neuroimunological symposium.

Conference Centre arranges accommodation for invited guests, board members and representatives of the companies.

 

Social programme

Business dinner will be given on October 15, 2015, 19.30 – Restaurant Vila Primavesi, Univerzitní 7, Olomouc (close to the meeting venue).

Lunch is on October 16, 2015, 11.45-13.00, at the Centre of Arts of Palacký University, Univerzitní street 3-5, Olomouc.

Evening party – October 16, 2015, at the Centre of Arts of Palacký University

 

Cancellation and Refund of Registration Fees:

In case of cancellation, please contact the Conference Centre, Palacký University, Olomouc. The cancellation deadline for full registration fee refund is September 20, 2015.

Refunds will not be considered for requests received after this deadline date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference.
